The 2020 Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas will officially open on January 5,2020. Hundreds of Chinese companies will bring innovative technological achievements to the show, and their ability to innovate is \"growing,\" Gary Shapiro, the organizer of the exhibition and president of the American Consumer Technology Association, told Xinhua.
'Well-known Chinese companies including Baiteng, Changhong, Dajiang, Haier, Hisense,Huawei, Kangjia, TCL and ZTE will re-emerge to showcase the latest technology products in different fields,' Mr. Shapiro said.
In recent years, Chinese companies have performed well at CES exhibitions. Mr Shapiro said it was important for the United States and China to expand active cooperation in science and technology. He also believes that with the continued emphasis on intellectual property in the process of innovation, Chinese companies will become more confident that their innovative technology will continue to spread around the world.
The four-day CES will attract about 170,000 attendees from more than 160 countries and regions, and more than 4,500 exhibitors will bring in nearly 20,000 innovative technology products, according to the report. 'Every CES presents transformative technologies that will revolutionise future life, and this year's show's hot spots include the latest developments in the area of 5G and mobile connectivity, as well as automotive technology, smart cities and digital medicine,' Mr. Shapiro said.
“Artificial intelligence will be at the heart of the next decade, bringing customized user experience and machine learning solutions to smart cities, sports technology, automotive technology, digital medicine and robotics." Compared with last year's exhibition, exhibitors from the field of artificial intelligence and robotics at this year's CES have increased by 30 percent and booth size by 25 percent, enough to reflect the industry's high emphasis on the development of artificial intelligence, Shapiro said.
