清北牌中小學教師不能成噱頭

  2019年,一批清华大学、北京大学应届毕业生到深圳中小学任教,一时成为热门话题。在1月8日深圳市政协六届六次会议教育界别分组讨论现场,这一话题也受到热议。多名委员表示,从优秀师范生都难招进,到如今吸引大量清北生任教,这是深圳教育的好现象。同时也有委员担忧:这些清北毕业生是否真正有心于且适合基础教育?他们任教中小学会有哪些问题?如何更好发挥他们的作用?
